Our core program is CrossFit. In a nut shell its “constantly varied, functional movement, performed at high intensity”. The workouts are designed to be short, sweet, and scaleable. Anyone can do this, all you need is a little coaching, dedication, and determination.
Though the sessions are capable of crushing the fittest, our programming is universally scalable for people of all ages, abilities, and fitness levels. Every class is guaranteed to have high energy workouts in a, friendly, competitive atmosphere and most importantly a supportive community environment.
Class Breakout Summary
The aim of CrossFit is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness. We have sought to build a program that will best prepare trainees for any physical contingency — not only for the unknown, but for the unknowable.
The Reload CrossFit Core classes are programmed weekly with our community in mind. A typical class lasts one hour and will run through a dynamic warmup to get the juices flowing. Next, 15-20 minutes will be given to work on core strength typically related to the “Workout of the Day”. After this, we progress right into the “Workout of the Day” which typically lasts 10-25 minutes. Finally, we cool down by stretching, foam rolling, or basic mobility.
The “Workout of the Day” in CrossFit Lingo speak is referred to as a WOD. For more clarification on some of the CrossFit terminology, click here. The Wod’s at CrossFit Reload are programmed with the right mix of metabolic conditioning (METCON), and strength and skill conditioning. Typically they last anywhere from 10-25 minutes and are meant to be done at a high intensity. You will be drenched and exhausted, but have a sense of exhilaration know you just completed something this hard.
Every class is guaranteed to have high energy workouts with an atmosphere of camaraderie, fun, and friendly competition. It wont be easy, but nothing worth doing is!

CrossFit Kids is meant to be BIG fun for all ages. Broad-Inclusive-General fun. Fun means we provide an active alternative to sedentary pursuits, which means less childhood obesity and all-around better health for our children. Further, the needs of second graders and high-school varsity wrestlers differ by degree and not kind; the program is scalable for any age or experience level and accounts for the varied maturation status one can find in a class full of kids. CrossFit Kids is designed to be minimalist; it is inexpensive and often requires little or no equipment, allowing a wide array of socioeconomic groups an opportunity to be physically fit and physically active throughout their lives.
At Reload, our yoga classes are meant supplement your traingin to get more more out of your crossfit experience. There are many benefits to enjoying the yoga experience.
Yoga improves your range of motion and general mobility, will teach you how to breath efficiently, reinforces good positioning, and develops body balance. Yoga classes are included in your unlimited membership. If you dont have the unlimited plan and just want to stop in there is a $5 drop in fee.
This is a seasonal summer program designed to improve your Olympic movements. The classes work on mobility, range of motion, and basic lifting form. The classes are intended for any experience level as they are scaled for each participant. The goal of the class is to go from a simple to more complex progression in movements and technique as the session progress through the summer.
This program is included in your unlimited membership. If you just want to stop in there is a $5 drop in fee.
Mobility and Recovery
The Mobility sessions are available at different times of the year and help you get better with crossfit skills, strength, and movements. The class focuses on different techniques with a variety of tools to increas your range of motion throughout your body. As a result an increase in mobility drastically will reduce your chances of injury and help you become a better athlete.
This class is $20 fee when offered for a 2 hour session typically on a weekend morning.
